Lonnie's Home Page

Welcome to the home page of Lonnie Eastin of Odenton MD. This is where I put pictures of myself, interesting info and various other things that I might want to share with my friends and family (and all the other web-surfers of the world. :-)

I'm a Maryland native, born at St. Agnes Hospital in Catonsville, MD. I've lived in Maryland all of my life, specifically in a 5 mile radius between Gambrills and Odenton. I went to Arundel High School in Gambrills, MD. I graduated with a really terrible GPA in 1988. From there, I went to U.M.B.C., where I lived in the Susquehanna dorm for 4 years. I did manage to graduate in 4 years with a B.S. in Computer Science.

This is me.

From there I got a decent job in the software development field. I get to work on computers everyday! It's not quite as exciting as I thought it was going to be. My dad brought a TRS-80 Color Computer with 4K of RAM in 1980 when I was 10. From then on, I knew what I was going to do for a living. While my family was downstairs playing Space Invaders, I was upstairs reading the Basic Programming Manual. I wanted to write a Dungeons and Dragons program. (I never did finish that thing!) I finally got my Masters Degrees at Johns Hopkins University in 2001.
